President Mike started the meeting at 12:15 PM and Chuck said a prayer for those who had a “tough December”, for those who prepare our food, serve it and eat it.

Speaker:
- Jon Schwartz spoke about the Adopt A Family project in Red Bank and asked everybody to donate $20 which would buy food and clothing for the poor. He asked that all presents be brought in on Thursday December 17th.
- Bill Donnelly also discussed the By-Law amendment(s)
- We voted for the new list of officers for next year
- Warren spoke about some important concepts discussed at the October 9th Rotary Leadership Institute involving membership, community presence, world service projects
- Harry said that we should promote businesses that support Rotary, and therefore we should let people know that Lowes has helped us with projects and should be recognized and we should frequent their stores for our shopping needs.
