Speaker Bio:  GLEN J. DALAKIAN

Raised in a family-owned dry cleaning operation, Glen J. Dalakian learned the power of small business at a young age.  After attending Seton Hall University, he developed a variety of enterprises in the electronics, entertainment and retail industries, generating millions of dollars in revenues in various niche markets.  He has traveled the country speaking to audiences in the thousands on business ownership, networking and marketing.  He has consulted on numerous projects and is known for his commitment to God, dedication to his family, and his enthusiasm for business.  Mr. Dalakian is the owner of several businesses, Founder & Board Adviser of the Colts Neck Business Association, which represents over 200 business owners from around Monmouth County, and host of Tandem Radio.  A published writer and consummate entrepreneur, he is also the President/CEO of CSAV Systems.

Over the past five years, Glen has taken his current company from three employees to more than 22, moving from a 200 square ft. facility to a new 4,000 square ft. building in Colts Neck. Sales have steadily increased five years in a row, and CSAV Systems anticipates doubling their revenue this year.
