Happy New Year to all our Red Bank Rotary Club Members and Friends of Rotary. It is an honor to serve this club as its 103rd President. As we look forward to 2024, I'd like to encourage you to take a moment and reflect upon the amazing things you accomplished last year, both personally and professionally. When I look back, I think about how my company, TTR Executive Coaching, LLC., has helped create awareness in others through individual and corporate coaching. I reflect upon my own personal accomplishments and upon my failures, too. What I've learned most from last year is that our Rotary Club may be small in numbers, but we are mighty in spirit! Together we have accomplished so much and are gaining visibility within the Red Bank community. It is encouraging to see the willingness to support our iniatives, and stay the course. I couldn't be happier for the way each of you is showing up to meetings, to volunteer and to serve, and I couldn't be more grateful for your generosity of time, talent and support. May God bless you all with Health, Joy, and Peace in 2024 and always.
