Speaker Bio

Sr. Debbie Drago is the Executive Director of Collier Youth Services, a non-profit organization in Marlboro Township that provides educational, residential, and recreational programs for at-risk youth.  Sr. Debbie has served as Executive Director since 2008, during which time she has overseen the creation of Collier Middle School, the expansion of their Job Experience & Training summer program, and the implementation of the Sanctuary Model in their residential programs.

Sr. Debbie has her MSW from Hunter College and continues to maintain her LCSW certification.  She volunteers in a leadership capacity for several other organizations, including the Board of Good Shepherd Services and the Provincial Council of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd, both in New York City, while also serving on numerous advisory committees within Monmouth County.
